TL;DR
This paper explores foundational ideas in quantum processes, focusing on state extension, entanglement, and entropy behavior, with detailed analysis of finitely correlated states and examples like a Free Fermionic model.
Contribution
It provides new insights into quantum process construction, especially for finitely correlated states, and introduces specific models such as the Free Fermionic process.
Findings
Analysis of quantum state extension and entanglement.
Behavior of entropy in quantum processes.
Examples of finitely correlated states, including Free Fermionic models.
Abstract
A number of ideas and questions related to the construction of quantum processes are discussed. Quantum state extension, entanglement and asymptotic behaviour of the entropy are some of the issues explored. These topics are studied in more detail for a class of quantum processes known as finitely correlated states. Several examples of such processes are presented, specifically a Free Fermionic model.
