Stabilization of a piezoelectric system
K. Ammari, S. Nicaise

TL;DR
This paper addresses the stabilization of a piezoelectric system, proving exponential stability under specific geometric conditions using multiplier identities to establish observability.
Contribution
It introduces a novel stabilization method for piezoelectric systems based on multiplier identities and geometric conditions.
Findings
Proves exponential stability under Lions geometric condition
Develops an observability estimate using multiplier identities
Provides a new approach to stabilizing piezoelectric systems
Abstract
We consider a stabilization problem for a piezoelectric system. We prove an exponential stability result under some Lions geometric condition. Our method is based on an identity with multipliers that allows to show an appropriate observability estimate.
