Search for B+ -> D+ K0 and B+-> D+ K*0 decays
The BABAR Collaboration, P. del Amo Sanchez, et al

TL;DR
This study searches for rare B+ meson decays into D+ and K0 or K*0, setting upper limits on their branching fractions due to lack of significant evidence.
Contribution
First search for these specific decay modes, providing upper limits that constrain theoretical models of B meson decays.
Findings
No significant evidence found for the decays.
Upper limits set on branching fractions: <2.9×10^{-6} and <3.0×10^{-6}.
Data sample of 465 million B B̄ pairs used.
Abstract
We report a search for the rare decays and in an event sample of approximately 465 million pairs collected with the BaBar detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy collider at SLAC. We find no significant evidence for either mode and we set 90\% probability upper limits on the branching fractions of and .
