Abstract
Apr\`es avoir d\'etaill\'e les principales difficult\'es li\'ees \`a l'usinage 5 axes UGV, nous pr\'esentons un mod\`ele de repr\'esentation des trajectoires 5 axes sous forme surfacique permettant de prendre en compte des contraintes g\'eom\'etriques et cin\'ematiques. Ce mod\`ele est int\'egr\'e dans d'optimisation des trajets 5 axes afin de maximiser la productivit\'e tout en garantissant la qualit\'e g\'eom\'etrique attendue. Un cas d'application est d\'etaill\'e, illustrant la modification de l'orientation de l'axe de l'outil afin d'am\'eliorer le comportement cin\'ematique des axes lors du suivi des trajectoires.
