A New Figure of Merit for Dark Energy Studies
An\v{z}e Slosar

TL;DR
This paper proposes a new, objective figure of merit for evaluating dark energy experiments, offering advantages over existing metrics to improve comparison and assessment.
Contribution
The paper introduces a novel figure of merit for dark energy studies that addresses limitations of previous metrics and enhances experiment evaluation.
Findings
The new figure of merit is objective and transparent.
It offers several advantages over the Dark Energy Task Force FoM.
The proposed metric improves comparison of dark energy experiments.
Abstract
We introduce a new figure of merit for comparison of proposed dark energy experiments. The new figure of merit is objective and has several distinct advantages over the Dark Energy Task Force Figure of Merit, which we discuss in the text.
