TL;DR
This paper explores the influence of axion-like fields on non-Abelian strings, analyzing scenarios where axions are localized on the strings or propagate in the bulk, and discusses their implications in theoretical physics.
Contribution
It provides a theoretical analysis of how axion-like fields interact with non-Abelian strings in different configurations, expanding understanding of their roles in field theory.
Findings
Axion localization on non-Abelian strings affects their properties.
Propagating axions in the bulk influence string dynamics.
Implications for axion physics and string theory models.
Abstract
Axion-like fields can have a strong impact on non-Abelian strings. I discuss axion connection to such strings and its implications in two cases: (i) axion localized on the strings, and (ii) axions propagating in the four-dimensional bulk.
