G. Ramachandran, G. Padmanabha, Sujith Thomas

TL;DR
This paper proposes specific spin observable measurements in proton-proton collisions to resolve phase ambiguities in threshold amplitudes, enabling complete determination of all relevant partial wave amplitudes.
Contribution
It introduces a method to eliminate phase ambiguity in threshold amplitudes through targeted spin observable measurements, complementing existing data.
Findings
Proposes measurements to resolve phase ambiguity.
Completes determination of all twelve partial wave amplitudes.
Enhances understanding of pp -> ppπ^0 reaction dynamics.
Abstract
Measurements of spin observables in pp -> {\vec p}{\vec p}\pi^0 are suggested to remove the phase ambiguity of the threshold amplitude. The suggested measurements complement the IUCF data on {\vec p}{\vec p} -> pp\pi^0 to completely determine all the twelve partial wave amplitudes, taken into consideration by Mayer et.al. [15] and Deepak, Haidenbauer and Hanhart [20].
