Thermal Correlation Functions of Twisted Quantum Fields
Prasad Basu, Rahul Srivastava, Sachindeo Vaidya

TL;DR
This paper derives thermal correlation functions for twisted quantum fields on noncommutative spacetime, revealing that while the number operator expectation remains unchanged, higher correlators depend on noncommutativity parameters.
Contribution
It provides explicit formulas for thermal correlators in noncommutative spacetime, highlighting the impact of noncommutativity on higher-order correlations.
Findings
Number operator expectation value matches commutative case
Higher correlators depend on noncommutativity parameters
Thermal correlators are explicitly derived for twisted quantum fields
Abstract
We derive the thermal correlators for twisted quantum fields on noncommutative spacetime. We show that the thermal expectation value of the number operator is same as in commutative spacetime, but that higher correlators are sensitive to the noncommutativity parameters .
