Some remarks about the transition gluon radiation
I.M. Dremin

TL;DR
This paper explores gluon transition radiation in heavy ion collisions, applying electrodynamical formulas with chromopermittivity to predict gluon emission patterns relevant for LHC energies.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of electrodynamical transition radiation formulas to gluons using chromopermittivity, providing new insights into gluon emission in heavy ion collisions.
Findings
Energy-angular distributions of emitted gluons are characterized.
Potential relevance of gluon transition radiation at LHC energies.
Application of electrodynamical formulas to chromopermittivity in QCD context.
Abstract
The electrodynamical formulae for the transition radiation are applied to the case of partons crossing the surface of the deconfined region in heavy ion collisions. The chromopermittivity is used in place of the dielectric permittivity. The corresponding energy-angular distributions of emitted gluons are discussed. They could be of interest at LHC energies.
