S. I. Kruglov

TL;DR
This paper explores Kalb-Ramond fields within the Petiau-Duffin-Kemmer formalism, deriving wave equations, energy-momentum tensors, and analyzing scale and conformal invariance, revealing broken conformal symmetry even in massless cases.
Contribution
It introduces a first-order relativistic wave equation for Kalb-Ramond fields and examines their scale and conformal invariance properties.
Findings
Derived 10x10 matrix form of the wave equation.
Found energy-momentum tensors for the fields.
Demonstrated conformal symmetry breaking in massless fields.
Abstract
Kalb-Ramond equations for massive and massless particles are considered in the framework of the Petiau-Duffin-Kemmer formalism. We obtain matrices of the relativistic wave equation of the first-order and solutions in the form of density matrix. The canonical and Belinfante energy-momentum tensors are found. We investigate the scale invariance and obtain the conserved dilatation current. It was demonstrated that the conformal symmetry is broken even for massless fields.
