TL;DR
This paper models the magnetic behavior of Pr1-xCaxMnO3 manganites under weak magnetic fields using simulations and compares results with experimental data to understand low-temperature magnetization drops.
Contribution
It introduces a combined theoretical and computational approach to explain manganite behavior, incorporating the Oguchi model and crystal field effects.
Findings
Good agreement between simulations and experimental measurements
Identification of factors influencing magnetization drop at low temperatures
Enhanced understanding of magnetic properties in Pr1-xCaxMnO3 series
Abstract
We introduce a proposal for explaining manganites behavior, in the Pr1-xCaxMnO3 series with x=0.30-0.50. We carry out computer simulations for the Oguchi model along with the crystal field contribution. We contrast the outcomings to experimental measurements made with a commercial magnetometer SQUID. For analyzing the magnetization drop at low temperatures, we take into account quasi-probability distributions.
