TL;DR
This paper presents an analytical self-consistent solution for a fermion interacting with a scalar domain wall, focusing on the fermion's excited states and the resulting domain wall profile distortion.
Contribution
It introduces a novel analytical approach to solve for fermion-domain wall interactions, including excited states and profile distortion effects.
Findings
Analytical solution for fermion excited states on a domain wall
Calculation of domain wall profile distortion due to fermion coupling
Insight into fermion-domain wall self-consistent configurations
Abstract
We discuss a self-consistent solution for a fermion coupled to static scalar field in the form of a kink (domain wall). In particular, we study the case when the fermion occupies an excited non-zero frequency level in the presence of the domain wall field. The effect of the domain wall profile distortion is calculated analytically.
