Exclusive Diffraction at HERA and Beyond
S. Fazio

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent experimental results on exclusive diffraction at HERA, discusses a Regge-type model, and outlines future diffractive studies planned at the LHC, enhancing understanding of diffraction in high-energy physics.
Contribution
It introduces a Regge-type model for exclusive diffraction and presents new experimental data from HERA, along with future research directions at the LHC.
Findings
Experimental results on vector meson and photon production at HERA
Development of a Regge-type theoretical model
Proposals for diffractive studies at the LHC
Abstract
The exclusive diffractive production of vector mesons and real photons in ep collisions has been studied at HERA in a wide kinematic range. Here the most recent experimental results are presented together with a Regge-type model and projects for new diffractive studies at LHC.
