TL;DR
This paper discusses the Gamma Ray Inverse Problem and introduces four model-independent spectral deconvolution methods applied to BATSE MER data, comparing their results to Band spectra.
Contribution
It presents four novel model-independent methods for spectral deconvolution of GRB data, expanding analysis techniques beyond traditional models.
Findings
Four spectral deconvolution methods successfully applied to BATSE MER data
Comparison shows differences and similarities with Band spectra
Methods provide alternative approaches to GRB spectral analysis
Abstract
The Gamma Ray Inverse Problem is discussed. Four methods of spectral deconvolution are presented here and applied to the BATSE's MER data type. We compare these to the Band spectra.
