Harleen Dahiya, Neetika Sharma, P.K. Chatley

TL;DR
This paper calculates the magnetic moments of spin 1/2+ and 3/2+ charmed baryons using the chiral constituent quark model, considering configuration mixing and quark masses, and finds results aligning well with experimental data.
Contribution
It introduces calculations of charmed baryon magnetic moments within the chiral constituent quark model, including effects of configuration mixing and quark masses, improving upon previous models.
Findings
Results agree with experimental data
Model shows improvement over previous phenomenological models
Highlights importance of configuration mixing and quark masses
Abstract
The magnetic moments of spin and spin charmed baryons have been calculated in chiral constituent quark model (CQM). The effects of configuration mixing and quark masses have also been investigated. The results are not only in good agreement with existing experimental data but also show improvement over other phenomenological models.
