Comment on `Oblique Propagation and Dissipation of Alfv\'en Waves in Coronal Holes' by Srivastava and Dwivedi
Suresh Chandra, Lalan Prasad

TL;DR
This paper critiques a recent study on Alfvén wave propagation in coronal holes, identifying errors in the derived dispersion relation that undermine the original conclusions.
Contribution
It provides a detailed comment highlighting errors in the dispersion relation derivation of the referenced paper, questioning its validity.
Findings
The dispersion relation in the original paper appears to be incorrect.
The conclusions of the original paper are not reliable due to the derivation error.
Abstract
We comment on the recent paper by Srivastava and Dwivedi (J. Astrophs. Astr. {\bf 28}, 1, 2007). In the said paper the derived dispersion relation seems to be in error. Consequently, the conclusion drawn in their paper are not reliable.
