## TL;DR

This paper addresses the inverse problem of locating and characterizing small electromagnetic inhomogeneities within a medium using boundary measurements over time, based on the full Maxwell's equations.

## Contribution

It introduces a method for reconstructing small inhomogeneities from dynamic boundary data for the full time-dependent Maxwell's equations.

## Key findings

- Successful identification of inhomogeneities from boundary measurements
- Development of a reconstruction algorithm for Maxwell's equations
- Enhanced understanding of inverse problems in electromagnetism

## Abstract

We consider for the full time-dependent Maxwell's equations the inverse problem of identifying locations and certain properties of small electromagnetic inhomogeneities in a homogeneous background medium from dynamic boundary measurements on the boundary for a finite time interval.
