Cooper-Frye Formula and Non-extensive Coalescence at RHIC Energy
K.Urmossy, T.S.Biro

TL;DR
This paper calculates hadron transverse spectra from Au Au collisions at RHIC energy using a quark recombination model based on generalized thermodynamics, exploring different break-up scenarios.
Contribution
It introduces a novel application of non-extensive thermodynamics in a quark recombination model for hadron production at RHIC.
Findings
Transverse spectra are successfully modeled across various hadron types.
The model fits experimental data under different break-up conditions.
Non-extensive thermodynamics provides a better description of the data.
Abstract
Transverse spectra are calculated for various types of hadrons stemming from Au Au collisions at GeV. We utilize a quark recombination model based on generalized Boltzmann-Gibbs thermodynamics for local hadron production at various break-up scenarios.
