Towards Study of Light Scalar Mesons in Polarization Phenomena
N.N. Achasov, G.N. Shestakov

TL;DR
This paper reviews production mechanisms of light scalar mesons, explores their quark structure, and proposes studying their mixing in polarization phenomena to better understand their nature.
Contribution
It introduces a novel approach to investigate the mixing of scalar mesons using polarization effects, providing insights into their quark composition.
Findings
Production mechanisms reveal meson nature
Mixing of a0(980) and f0(980) studied in spin effects
Potential to clarify meson quark structure
Abstract
After a short review of the production mechanisms of the light scalars which reveal their nature and indicate their quark structure, we suggest to study the mixing of the isovector a^0_0(980) with the isoscalar f_0(980) in spin effects.
