Scale Evolution of Unintegrated Distributions and the p_t Spectrum of Gauge Bosons
Federico Alberto Ceccopieri

TL;DR
This paper predicts the Z-boson transverse momentum spectrum at Tevatron using evolved unintegrated distributions, examining parameter dependencies and the effects of soft gluon resummation.
Contribution
It introduces a new approach to evolve unintegrated distributions for predicting gauge boson spectra, incorporating recent evolution equations and soft gluon effects.
Findings
Predicted Z-boson p_t spectrum at Tevatron.
Demonstrated dependence on non-perturbative parameters.
Assessed impact of soft gluon resummation.
Abstract
We present predictions for the -boson -spectrum at Tevatron within the framework of unintegrated distributions evolved according to evolution equations recently proposed by us. We discuss the dependence of the results on the choice of non-perturbative parameters, the coupling constant and the impact of soft gluon resummation.
