J/psi elliptic flow in relativistic heavy ion collisions
Yunpeng Liu, Nu Xu, Pengfei Zhuang

TL;DR
This paper investigates the elliptic flow of J/psi particles in high-energy nuclear collisions using a transport model, highlighting the energy-dependent behavior and the significant increase at LHC energies due to regeneration effects.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed transport model calculation of J/psi elliptic flow across different collision energies, emphasizing the role of regeneration at LHC.
Findings
Flow is small at SPS and RHIC energies.
Flow is strongly enhanced at LHC energy.
Regeneration mechanism dominates at LHC.
Abstract
The J/psi elliptic flow in high energy nuclear collisions is calculated in a transport model. While the flow is very small at SPS and RHIC energies, it is strongly enhanced at LHC energy due to the dominance of the regeneration mechanism.
