Jaume Tarr\'us

TL;DR
This paper develops a non-relativistic chiral effective theory with dibaryon fields to accurately calculate nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitudes at next-to-next-to-leading order, enhancing understanding of nuclear interactions.
Contribution
It introduces a novel effective field theory framework incorporating dibaryon fields for precise nucleon-nucleon scattering calculations.
Findings
Achieved next-to-next-to-leading order accuracy in scattering amplitudes.
Demonstrated the effectiveness of dibaryon fields in nuclear EFT.
Provided improved theoretical predictions for nucleon interactions.
Abstract
We report on a calculation of the nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitudes in the and - channels at next-to-next to leading order using a recently proposed non-relativistic chiral effective theory, which includes dibaryon field as fundamental degrees of freedom.
