Bouncing universe from a modified dispersion relation
Yi Ling, Wei-Jia Li, Jian-Pin Wu

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how a bouncing universe scenario can be derived from modified dispersion relations using thermodynamics on the apparent horizon, leading to new insights into early universe cosmology.
Contribution
It introduces a novel derivation of bouncing cosmologies from modified dispersion relations via thermodynamic principles applied to the apparent horizon.
Findings
Derivation of bouncing solutions from modified dispersion relations.
Connection between thermodynamics and modified Friedmann equations.
Potential implications for early universe models.
Abstract
In this paper we argue that modified Friedmann equations with a bounce solution can be derived from a modified dispersion relation by employing a thermodynamical description of general relativity on the apparent horizon.
