TL;DR
This paper reports measurements of transition form factors for pi0 and eta_c mesons in high-energy photon interactions, providing insights into meson structure and two-photon physics at BABAR.
Contribution
It presents new experimental data on meson transition form factors and meson properties over a wide Q^2 range, advancing understanding in two-photon physics.
Findings
Measured pi0 transition form factor for Q^2=4-40 GeV^2
Measured eta_c transition form factor for Q^2=2-50 GeV^2
Determined eta_c mass and two-photon widths
Abstract
We present measurements of the gamma gamma* --> pi0 transition form factor for the momentum transfer range Q^2=4-40 GeV^2 and the gamma gamma* --> eta_c transition form factor for the range Q^2=2-50 GeV^2. The results of the measurement of the eta_c mass, total and two-photon widths are also presented.
