Taikan Suehara

TL;DR
This paper analyzes tau-pair production in the ILD detector model, focusing on background rejection, asymmetry, and polarization, using full simulation to evaluate detector performance for future experiments.
Contribution
It provides a detailed simulation-based analysis of tau-pair processes in the ILD detector, a novel benchmark for future collider studies.
Findings
Effective background rejection demonstrated
Forward-backward asymmetry measured accurately
Polarization measurements achieved with high precision
Abstract
Tau-pair process has been analyzed in the ILD detector model as a benchmark process for LoI. Results of background rejection, forward-backward asymmetry and polarization measurements are obtained with full detector simulation.
