D. Chakrabarti, R. Manohar, A. Mukherjee

TL;DR
This paper investigates the transverse position space distributions of quarks within the proton using recent GPD parametrizations at zero skewness, comparing different models and analyzing positivity constraints.
Contribution
It provides a comparative analysis of GPD parametrizations in impact parameter space and discusses the validity of positivity conditions for these distributions.
Findings
Different GPD parametrizations yield consistent impact parameter distributions.
Positivity conditions are valid within certain kinematic regions.
The study enhances understanding of proton structure in transverse space.
Abstract
We present a study of the parton distributions in transverse position or impact parameter space using a recent parametrization of u and d quark generalized parton distributions (GPDs) and at zero skewness. We make a comparative study between different parametrizations and discuss the region of validity of the positivity condition.
