TL;DR
This paper reviews the discovery history of 38 barium isotopes, summarizing their first identification methods and publication details to provide a comprehensive overview of their scientific history.
Contribution
It compiles and discusses the first refereed publications for each barium isotope, highlighting their production and identification methods.
Findings
38 barium isotopes have been observed.
Detailed summaries of their discovery methods.
Historical overview of isotope identification.
Abstract
Thirty-eight barium isotopes have so far been observed; the discovery of these isotopes is discussed. For each isotope a brief summary of the first refereed publication, including the production and identification method, is presented.
