Search for New Physics in the Bs Sector at the Tevatron
Thomas Kuhr (for the CDF, D0 Collaborations)

TL;DR
This paper reports on searches for new physics in the Bs meson sector at the Tevatron, focusing on rare decays and CP violation, providing complementary insights beyond B-factory studies.
Contribution
It presents the first results from CDF and D0 on rare B0s decays and CP violation, expanding the understanding of second and third generation quark interactions.
Findings
Limits on B0s -> mu+ mu- decay rates
Measurements of CP violation in B0s mixing
Constraints on new physics models from decay and CP violation data
Abstract
While B0 and B+ mesons are well studied at B-factories, large samples of B0s mesons are only available at the Tevatron so far. Since the B0s meson consists of quarks of the second and third generation it provides a complementary probe for searches for new physics effects. Results of the CDF and D0 experiments on the decays B0s -> mu+ mu- and B0s -> mu+ mu- phi as well as on CP violation in B0s mixing and in interference between mixing and decay are presented.
