Xiang Liu, Hong-Wei Ke

TL;DR
This paper investigates the radiative open-charm decays of Y(4140) and Y(3930), proposing photon spectrum measurements to test their molecular state assignments as D*D* bound states.
Contribution
It introduces a theoretical analysis of specific decay channels of Y(4140) and Y(3930) to support their interpretation as molecular states, suggesting experimental photon spectrum measurements.
Findings
Numerical results support the molecular state hypothesis.
Photon spectrum measurements can distinguish molecular assignments.
Proposed decay channels provide a testing ground for theoretical models.
Abstract
In this work, we study the radiative open-charm decays and under the assignments of and as molecular states for Y(4140) and Y(3930) respectively. Based on our numerical result, we propose the experimental measurement of the photon spectrum of and can further test the molecular assignment for Y(4140) and Y(3930).
