Control of Volterra systems with scalar kernels
Bernhard Hermann Haak (IMB), Birgit Jacob

TL;DR
This paper investigates Volterra systems with scalar kernels, establishing new conditions for observation operator admissibility and applying these findings to time-fractional diffusion equations of distributed order.
Contribution
It introduces novel sufficient conditions for the admissibility of observation operators in scalar kernel Volterra systems, extending to fractional diffusion equations.
Findings
New admissibility conditions for observation operators
Application to time-fractional diffusion equations
Enhanced understanding of scalar kernel Volterra systems
Abstract
Volterra observations systems with scalar kernels are studied. New sufficient conditions for admissibility of observation operators are developed. The obtained results are applied to time-fractional diffusion equations of distributed order.
