Comments on "The Pioneer Anomaly in the Light of New Data"
John C. Hodge

TL;DR
This paper discusses the analysis of recent Pioneer spacecraft data and evaluates models explaining the Pioneer Anomaly, highlighting that only one model aligns with all observed characteristics.
Contribution
It provides an updated analysis of Pioneer data and assesses candidate models, identifying the only one consistent with all anomaly characteristics.
Findings
Only one model explains all Pioneer Anomaly features.
Recent data analysis refines understanding of the anomaly.
Evaluation narrows down viable explanations.
Abstract
Turyshev, S.G., Toth, V.T., 2009. (preprint arXiv:0906.0399) reported on the status of the analysis of recently recovered Pioneer 10 (P10) and Pioneer 11 (P11) flight data and commented on some, but not all, of the characteristics of the Pioneer Anomaly (PA) that must be explained by a candidate model. Only one model presented to date is consistent with all the characteristics.
