V.Bodnarchuck, L.Cser, V.Ignatovich, T.Veres, S.Yaradaykin

TL;DR
This paper investigates the reflectivity properties of periodic multilayers using neutron reflectometry, comparing experimental results with theoretical predictions to validate the main features and encourage further research.
Contribution
The authors developed an algorithm for preparing periodic multilayers and validated their reflectivity properties through experimental and theoretical comparison.
Findings
Experimental results largely agree with theoretical predictions.
Main features of the theoretical model are confirmed.
Results support further research into multilayer systems.
Abstract
Periodic multilayers of various periods were prepared according to an algorithm proposed by the authors. The reflectivity properties of these systems were investigated using neutron reflectometry. The obtained experimental results were compared with the theoretical expectations. In first approximation, the results proved the main features of the theoretical predictions. These promising results initiate further research of such systems.
