TL;DR
This paper investigates charmed baryon resonances using a coupled-channel approach that respects heavy-quark symmetry, identifying some states with experimental data and highlighting the need for further data and model extensions.
Contribution
It introduces a heavy-quark symmetry-based coupled-channel model that dynamically generates charmed baryon resonances, some matching known experimental states.
Findings
Identified several charmed baryon resonances with experimental observations.
Highlighted the necessity for more experimental data for certain states.
Compared the model with previous SU(4) schemes.
Abstract
We study charmed baryon resonances that are generated dynamically from a coupled-channel unitary approach that implements heavy-quark symmetry. Some states can already be identified with experimental observations, such as , , or , while others need a compilation of more experimental data as well as an extension of the model to include higher order contributions. We also compare our model to previous SU(4) schemes.
