On Zero Controllability of Evolution Equations
B. Shklyar

TL;DR
This paper investigates the conditions under which linear evolution equations can be driven to zero, transforming the problem into an infinite linear moment problem and deriving solutions for controllability.
Contribution
It introduces new conditions for zero controllability of evolution equations by linking it to the solvability of an infinite linear moment problem.
Findings
Derived conditions for the existence of solutions to the infinite linear moment problem.
Applied these conditions to establish zero controllability of linear evolution equations.
Abstract
The exact controllability to the origin for linear evolution control equation is considered. The problem is investigated by its transformation to infinite linear moment problem. Conditions for the existence of solution for infinite linear moment problem has been obtained. The obtained results are applied to the zero controllability for control evolution equations.
