Multipole corrections to perihelion and node line precession
L. Fern\'andez-Jambrina

TL;DR
This paper discusses how Geroch-Hansen multipole corrections influence perihelion and node line precession in stationary axially symmetric vacuum spacetimes, highlighting the patterns of regularity in these relativistic effects.
Contribution
It introduces the application of Geroch-Hansen multipole corrections to orbital precession in specific spacetime geometries, providing new insights into relativistic orbital dynamics.
Findings
Multipole corrections significantly affect precession rates.
Regularity patterns in the corrections are identified.
Implications for astrophysical orbit modeling.
Abstract
In this talk relativistic corrections due to Geroch-Hansen multipoles for perihelion precession and node line precession of orbits in a stationary axially symmetric vacuum spacetime endowed with a plane of symmetry will be shown. Patterns of regularity will be discussed.
