TL;DR
This paper explores mechanisms for generating small neutrino masses and sterile neutrinos, evaluates quark mixing angles, and estimates neutrino masses using experimental oscillation data.
Contribution
It introduces a new approach to estimate neutrino masses and mixing angles based on left-right symmetry and experimental data.
Findings
Neutrino masses are estimated to be in a specific order of magnitude.
Mixing angles of quarks are evaluated under the assumption of stable left-right symmetry.
The paper provides a framework connecting neutrino properties with quark sector symmetries.
Abstract
The possible mechanisms of generation of the neutrino of small masses and sterile neutrino are considered. In the supposition of stability of tracks of a left-right symmetry concerning masses of constituent quarks, the angles of mixing of quarks are evaluated. With usage of experimental data on neutrino oscillation parameters the neutrino masses on order of magnitude are computed.
