Yoonbai Kim, Hiroaki Nakajima, Kyungha Ryu, Hang Bae Kim

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates how to realize slow-roll inflation using a D3-brane and D3bar-brane system in the Klebanov-Strassler background within type IIB superstring theory, providing a string-theoretic model of inflation.
Contribution
It presents a method to embed slow-roll inflation in the Klebanov-Strassler background with a D3/D3bar-brane system, extending string cosmology models.
Findings
Successful derivation of the Klebanov-Strassler solution in low-energy limit.
Implementation of slow-roll inflation in a D3/D3bar-brane system.
Insights into string-theoretic inflation mechanisms.
Abstract
We explain how to obtain Klabanov-Strassler solution in the low-energy limit of type IIB superstring theory and describe slow-roll inflation on the system of parallely-separated D3-brane and D3bar-brane in the Klebanov-Strassler background.
