TL;DR
This paper introduces an electroweak model where the Higgs is identified with the dilaton, allowing a massless Higgs at tree and one-loop levels without conflicting with key experimental and theoretical constraints.
Contribution
It presents a novel electroweak model linking the Higgs to the dilaton, enabling a massless Higgs consistent with existing constraints.

Abstract
We propose an electroweak model based on the identification of the Higgs with the dilaton. We show that it is possible in this context to have a massless Higgs boson at tree and one loop levels without contradicting the main experimental and theoretical constraints.
