Meson Spectra and Magnetic Fields in the Sakai-Sugimoto Model
Clifford V. Johnson, Arnab Kundu

TL;DR
This paper investigates how external magnetic fields influence meson spectra within the Sakai-Sugimoto model, using analytical and numerical methods to explore temperature-dependent features of the flavor sector.
Contribution
It provides new insights into the meson spectrum behavior under magnetic fields at different temperatures using a holographic approach.
Findings
Magnetic fields affect meson masses and spectra.
Temperature influences the meson spectrum modifications.
Analytical and numerical methods complement each other in the analysis.
Abstract
We continue our study of the dynamics of the flavour sector of the Sakai-Sugimoto model in the presence of an external magnetic field, uncovering several features of the meson spectrum at high and low temperatures. We employ both analytical and numerical methods to study the coupled non-linear equations that result from the gravity dual.
