Cohomology classes of admissible normal functions
Morihiko Saito

TL;DR
This paper investigates the properties of a cohomology class map for admissible normal functions on punctured disk products, providing conditions for surjectivity and examples where surjectivity fails.
Contribution
It offers new criteria for the surjectivity of the cohomology class map and constructs explicit examples demonstrating non-surjectivity.
Findings
Provided sufficient conditions for surjectivity.
Constructed examples where the map is not surjective.
Enhanced understanding of the cohomology classes of normal functions.
Abstract
We study the map associating the cohomology class of an admissible normal function on the product of punctured disks, and give some sufficient conditions for the surjectivity of the map. We also construct some examples such that the map is not surjective.
