Quark and Lepton Flavor Physics from F-Theory
Lisa Randall, David Simmons-Duffin

TL;DR
This paper explores how local F-theory models can generate new flavor physics frameworks, extending their application to neutrino sectors and analyzing their effective theories.
Contribution
It provides a perturbative effective theory interpretation of F-theory flavor models and extends these models to include neutrino physics.
Findings
F-theory models can produce novel flavor structures
Extension of models to neutrino sector demonstrated
Perturbative effective theory framework established
Abstract
Recent work on local F-theory models shows the potential for new categories of flavor models. In this paper we investigate the perturbative effective theory interpretation of this result. We also show how to extend the model to the neutrino sector.
