Patrizia Berti, Irene Crimaldi, Luca Pratelli, Pietro Rigo

TL;DR
This paper establishes a central limit theorem with applications to Bayesian statistics and multicolor reinforced urn models, providing new insights into their probabilistic behavior.
Contribution
It introduces a central limit theorem specifically for multicolor randomly reinforced urns, advancing the understanding of their asymptotic properties.
Findings
Central limit theorem proven for multicolor reinforced urns
Applications demonstrated in Bayesian statistical models
Enhanced understanding of urn process asymptotics
Abstract
We give a central limit theorem, which has applications to Bayesian statistics and urn problems. The latter are investigated, by paying special attention to multicolor randomly reinforced generalized Polya urns.
