Time Delays in the Synchronization of Chaotic Coupled Systems with Feedback
Jhon F. Martinez Avila, J. R. Rios Leite

TL;DR
This paper investigates how time delays affect synchronization in coupled chaotic diode lasers with feedback, combining experimental and numerical methods to understand the relationship between delay times and laser dynamics.
Contribution
It provides new insights into the relation between delay times and synchronization behavior in coupled chaotic lasers with feedback, supported by experimental and numerical analysis.
Findings
Delay times correlate with coupling and feedback parameters
Synchronization exhibits specific delay-dependent patterns
Experimental and numerical results are consistent
Abstract
The synchronized excitable behavior of two coupled chaotic diode lasers with feedback was experimental and numerically studied. We determine the relation between the observed delay times in synchronized Low Frequency Fluctuation spikes and the coupling and the feedback times in the lasers.
