Holistic Approach to the Periodic System of Elements
N.N.Trunov

TL;DR
This paper proposes a holistic method to evaluate the quality of the periodic table by comparing property plots across periods and introduces a statistical parameter to quantify the long form's quality.
Contribution
It introduces a new dimensionless statistical parameter for assessing the overall quality of the long form of the Periodic system.
Findings
The method effectively compares properties across periods.
The dimensionless parameter indicates high quality of the long form.
Provides a quantitative measure for periodic system evaluation.
Abstract
For studying the objectivity and the quality of a given form of the Periodic system as a single whole we compare plots of functions presenting properties of elements in pairs of periods. Using mathematical statistics we introduce a dimensionless parameter which indicates high quality of the long form of the Periodic system.
