TL;DR
This paper investigates the potential to measure Higgs boson pair production in a photon collider, focusing on optimal collision energy, realistic luminosity, and signal detection amidst background noise.
Contribution
It provides a simulation-based analysis of Higgs pair production feasibility in photon colliders, including optimal energy estimation and background discrimination strategies.
Findings
Optimal gamma gamma collision energy identified.
Feasibility of detecting Higgs pairs demonstrated.
Background suppression techniques discussed.
Abstract
We studied a feasibility of measuring Higgs boson pair production in a Photon Linear Collider. The optimum energy of gamma gamma collision was estimated with a realistic luminosity distribution. We also discussed simulation study for detecting the signal against W boson pair backgrounds.
