TL;DR
This paper investigates the long-term behavior of solutions to a nonlinear recurrence relation linked to Navier-Stokes equations, providing stability results for related linear recurrences.
Contribution
It introduces new stability theorems for nonlinear recurrence relations derived from fluid dynamics models.
Findings
Established the limiting behavior of solutions
Proved stability theorems for related linear recurrences
Connected recurrence analysis to Navier-Stokes equations
Abstract
We study the limiting behavior for the solutions of a nonlinear recurrent relation which arises from the study of Navier-Stokes equations. Some stability theorems are also shown concerning a related class of linear recurrent relations.
