Resistivity of two-dimensional systems in a magnetic field at the filling factor 1/2
S.S. Murzin

TL;DR
This paper compares experimental measurements of diagonal resistivity in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures at filling factor 1/2 with theoretical predictions, finding discrepancies between them.
Contribution
It provides an analysis highlighting the disagreement between experimental data and existing theoretical models for resistivity at filling factor 1/2.
Findings
Experimental data do not match theoretical predictions.
Discrepancies suggest need for revised models.
Highlights gaps in current understanding of 2D systems in magnetic fields.
Abstract
Experimental data available in the literature on the diagonal resistivity of GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures in a magnetic field at the filling factor 1/2 have been compared with the existing theoretical prediction [B. I. Halperin et al., Phys. Rev. B 47, 7312 (1993) and F. Evers et al., Phys. Rev. B 60, 8951 (1999)]. It has been found that the experimental results disagree with the prediction.
