Slavik Jablan, Ljiljana Radovic

TL;DR
This paper introduces a method for estimating the hyperbolic volume bounds of knot and link families using Conway notation, source links, and augmented links, providing a systematic approach to volume analysis.
Contribution
It presents a novel technique for computing bounds of hyperbolic volume for link families based on their Conway notation and related link modifications.
Findings
Established lower and upper bounds for hyperbolic volumes
Applied method to various knot and link families
Demonstrated effectiveness of bounds in volume estimation
Abstract
For families of knots and links given in Conway notation we compute lower maximal and upper minimal bound of hyperbolic volume by using source links and augmented links.
