Electronic Structure of Fe-Based Superconductors
D.J. Singh

TL;DR
This paper reviews the electronic structure of Fe-based superconductors using first principles calculations, compares them with cuprates, and discusses the gap symmetry controversy with potential resolutions.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive analysis of the electronic structure and gap symmetry issues in Fe-based superconductors, integrating theoretical calculations with experimental data.
Findings
Reconciliation of s-wave and line node gap experiments
Comparison of Fe-based superconductors with cuprates
Insights into the electronic structure from first principles
Abstract
The electronic structure of the Fe-based superconductors is discussed, mainly from the point of view of first principles calculations in relation to experimental data. Comparisons and contrasts with cuprates are made. The problem of reconciling experiments indicating an symmetry gap with experiments indicating line nodes is discussed and a possible resolution is given.
