TL;DR
This paper reports on spectroscopic observations of the pulsating subdwarf B star HS 2201+2610, aiming to measure its pulsational radial velocities to better understand its stellar properties.
Contribution
It provides the first time-resolved spectroscopic data of HS 2201+2610 to analyze its pulsations and potential planetary companion.
Findings
Initial radial velocity measurements obtained
Spectroscopic data quality sufficient for pulsation analysis
Foundation laid for future detailed pulsation modeling
Abstract
We present time resolved echelle spectra of the planet-hosting subdwarf B pulsator HS 2201 + 2610 and report on our efforts to extract pulsational radial velocity measurements from this data.
